Booking Information
Thank you for considering the NEST as the venue for your upcoming community event or activity. Upon booking the space, you will be required to pay up front and then make time to complete an induction. Bookings are timed with a half hour change over time slot allocated.
All bookings made must include the set up and clean up of the booking activity.

Induction Details
If you are new to the space, you will be required to make time to complete an induction before your booking. This will take approximately half an hour. During your induction you will be shown:
- How to access the space and lock up requirements
- Cleaning products and requirements
- Lighting, A/C use and facilities within the space
- Notification of any urgent maintenance required
At the time of booking, you will also be emailed a PDF of our house rules, which we have established to keep this community hub accessible to all.

Alana is the owner and yoga teacher at Valley Flow, a safe and welcoming space for people to come together. Alana offers a variety of yoga classes and events to suit the needs of everyone within the community. You can find more information about her classes and events here:

GymbaROO/KindyROO has been operating in Australia and around the world for over 35 years. Our unique, research based programs unlock your child’s potential in their most formative years preparing them for life and learning! We are at the NEST Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays. Information
Before you embark on hosting your community event our activity at the NEST, we want to make sure you have all the information you need for a smooth experience. Here, we’ve got some extra details you should know: the NEST’s hours of operation, what to do if you need to cancel, how many people the NEST can hold, and what to do if something gets broken.
Hours of Operation
the NEST is available between 8am - 8pm, seven days a week. Special arrangement for certain types of bookings may allow the NEST to open until 8:30pm but in this case the NEST must be cleared and locked up by 9pm.
Maximum Capacity
The premises has the capacity to host 40-60 people, depending on the event and set up.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling a booking must occur at least 48 hours prior to the booking. Cancellations can be done by calling 4938 1990 between 8am-4pm Monday - Friday, or by emailing [email protected].
Breakages/Damage
All breakages/damage must be reported promptly to Branxton Preschool on 4938 1990 or [email protected].
